Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item (date of delivery) to request a return and refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns can be handled directly through logging into the account you use to make the purchase.

Please promptly inspect your item(s) for any damage or defects (power & functionality if electronics) immediately upon unboxing. We strongly urge all customers to always read and follow any instructions that accompany items before use and or assembly to insure there's no mishandling or unintended self-caused disfunctions.

Damaged or Defective Items (Immediately contact us) Don't Wait
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

If upon delivery your product is defective, or shipment damaged, don't wait. Kindly contact us immediately with details here, Contact Page including video or photo(s) of the damaged shipment, product, or defects in a timely fashion is helpful. Then proceed to our *self-serve returns process directly through the account you used to make the purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds to your account.
