Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item (the date of delivery) to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please check your item(s) for any damage or defects, including power and functionality for electronics, as soon as you unbox them. We highly recommend that all customers read and follow the accompanying instructions before using or assembling the item. This will help prevent any mishandling or unintended issues.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact Us Immediately

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Please include details such as photos or video of the damaged shipment, product, or any defects, as this information will help us resolve the issue more efficiently. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds to your account.
